Say goodbye to those razors…
Razors and waxing are a thing of the past, say Hello to Smooth, Silky carefree and hair free you.
When it comes to hair removal, people with different skin types and tones often find limited options, but our diode hair removal laser with built-in crystal freeze technology has revolutionized the industry by providing a safe and effective solution for all skin tones, from fair to dark, without harming the surrounding skin. Using advanced technology, the laser emits a concentrated beam of light that penetrates the skin and targets the melanin within the hair follicles, heating them and impairing their ability to regrow, which is why avoiding sun exposure or tanning before treatment is essential.
This treatment is particularly empowering for individuals with PCOS or hormonal imbalances, where excessive hair growth (hirsutism) can greatly impact confidence and quality of life; our expert team understands these unique challenges and tailors services to support each client’s needs. Beyond its effectiveness, diode laser hair removal offers the added benefit of minimal downtime, unlike traditional methods such as waxing or shaving, with little to no visible irritation—allowing you to resume daily activities immediately, provided you follow our aftercare advice to achieve the best results and maintain healthy skin.

Laser hair removal utilises advanced technology that specifically targets the pigments within the hair follicles. The laser emits a concentrated beam of light that penetrates the skin and is absorbed by the hair follicles, heating them up and ultimately impairing their ability to regrow hair. Since the laser targets the melanin within the hair, it is crucial to avoid sun exposure or tanning prior to the treatment to minimise potential risks.

You will need a number of sessions to successfully achieve permanent hair reduction, every person is different and produces hair growth at different rates, a minimum of 6-12 sessions are required, with the need of annual top up if needed.
-
To keep treatments comfortable, the system is equipped with Crystal Freeze™ technology, which continuously cools the skin throughout the session. This advanced cooling method maintains a consistent temperature on the surface of the skin, offering greater protection and comfort compared to traditional contact or air cooling.
Most clients describe the sensation as similar to a quick “elastic band snap” — unusual but not typically painful. After treatment, the area may feel slightly warm or tender, so we recommend applying Aloe Vera Gel for 48 hours to calm and soothe the skin.
-
Our prices are competitive and start from as little as £45 per session. Book a consultation today with one of our experienced laser technicians who will assess your specific needs and discuss the recommended treatment plan.

Yes — our medical-grade diode laser is safe and effective for all skin types, including darker tones. We carefully customise the settings to match your skin and hair, ensuring treatments are both comfortable and effective while protecting the surrounding skin.
-
Laser hair removal is most effective on darker hair colours, as these contain more melanin, which absorbs the laser energy more efficiently. For lighter hair types—such as white, blonde, red, or grey—the treatment may be less effective. These hairs have less melanin, meaning less heat is absorbed, and as a result, we cannot guarantee the same level of follicle destruction.
-
No — laser hair removal is not recommended during pregnancy. Hormonal changes can affect your skin and the effectiveness of the treatment. For your safety, we advise waiting at least 3 months after giving birth and 3 months after finishing breastfeeding before starting or resuming treatments.
-
For your safety, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after sun exposure—whether from a holiday, sunbathing, or sunbeds—before having laser treatment. Treating recently tanned skin increases the risk of irritation or damage.
You should also avoid using fake tan on the treatment area for at least 2 weeks before your appointment, as it can affect how the laser interacts with your skin.
