If you miss your appointment without providing any notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged before you’re able to book another session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If you cancel or do not attend without giving notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost (or £40, whichever is greater).

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to carry out the full treatment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost (or £40, whichever is greater).
